tournaments, etc. Just too many too list.

● Three Bedrooms and two full baths (2 showers/1 tub)
● Sleeps up to Seven Adults Comfortably includes
California king bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in
2nd bedroom and double size bed in 3rd bedroom.
● Includes all bed linens and towels
● Fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, dishes,
cookware, etc. Coffee maker and microwave
● Washer and Dryer
● Central Heat and Air
Costs:
● Available for rental $1,000
Month.
$350/Sunday-Sunday.
● Our rental fees DO NOT include long distance phone
calls
● For special event weeks and holidays, (i.e. Bikeweek,
Raceweek, Springbreak, etc) additional charges may
apply.
● DEPOSIT of $300 for security/damage is required
initially to hold reservation
● PAYMENT must be received 2 weeks before arrival date.
● Long Term Rental is Negotiable
